Fashion Design
Fashion design program provides opportunities to boys and girls, a learning pathway in the field of apparel and fashion design. It nurtures the personal creativity of the students and encourages innovation in design thinking to develop as a creative learner Thinker and practitioner. It will also motivate the students to develop intellectual and critical thinking and develop their personality in their work through rigorous enquiry, Evaluation and application. Fashion designing is the art of inventing/innovating or adding beauty to clothing by using certain accessories. The job of a fashion designer includes sketching fashion ideas, cutting out and sewing the clothing item ,attending fashion show, using tailoring skills to perfect the fit, drawing patterns to create garments selecting fabrics and any special additions for the outfit and reading magazines to keep up with the latest fashion

Mass Communication & Journalism enables students to prepare a foundation for a lucrative career in the media industry. The emphasis of this program is on Print Journalism and Public Relations. The program trains students for accurate methods of news gathering, drafting news stories, video editing, voice recording, usage of professional video camera, photojournalism etc. Pursuant of this program carry good prospects to work in various government jobs, print media, public relations agencies, content writing, web journalism etc. B.A. (Mass Comm. & Journalism) is a three year program comprising of six semesters with practicals, projects and dissertation.
